JOIN - The Ontario Job Opportunity Information Network in partnership with Service Canada present the "Career Fair Connection". This is the premier career fair for job seekers with disabilities in Ontario, attracting more than 700 job seekers and 40 top employers. The 2012 career fair will be held at the Hilton Downtown Toronto on Thursday, March 29.

JOIN's succesful event is an employment strategy to connect job seekers with disabilities and employers. Is an opportunity for employers to connect to a one-stop shop for all the recruitment needs, it access a large number of skilled candidates for pre-screen and interviews on site, even for those hard to fill positions and an opportunity to network with other HR professionals.

In addition, throughout the day job seekers are invited to participate in several workshops delivered by Ontario's business leaders who provided great insights into securing employment for persons with disabilities.

Some facts when businesses hire people with disabilities:

• Improvement in organizational profile, image and staff morale.
• Fresh business perspectives

Entrepreneurs Exhibit is a special section occupied by business owners with disabilities, were you can promote what you have to offer by exhibiting and contacting face-to-face with decision makers who ultimately purchase your products and services.
